Your Built-In Instructor: 70 illustrated yoga poses are printed directly on the mat so you can learn and practice without pausing to check a phone, tablet, or video. Every pose is labeled in both English and Sanskrit, making mid-workout reference simple whether you are a first-timer or refreshing your memory. UV-resistant ink with a sealed coating keeps the illustrations sharp and clear through regular use, so your guide stays with you session after session.
Grip That Keeps Up With You: The textured top surface delivers steady traction for hands and feet, while the dual-sided design grips the floor beneath so the mat stays exactly where you place it. PVC construction provides a firm, consistent feel underfoot. After sweaty sessions, simply hand wash the mat to maintain grip quality and keep the surface fresh. Whether your practice runs light or intense, the non-slip surface lets you focus on your form rather than your footing.
Cushioned Support, Surprisingly Light: At 5mm thick, this mat delivers comfortable, cushioned support for knees, hands, and joints during yoga, Pilates, stretching, meditation, and floor workouts. The spacious 68 x 24 inch surface gives you room to move freely, and at just 2.6 lbs it is easy to carry between rooms or bring to a studio. For best results, allow the mat to acclimate at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours before first use so it lays flat and ready to go.
Materials You Can Feel Good About: This mat is made with BPA-free, latex-free, and phthalate-free PVC so you can practice daily with confidence. Like most new PVC mats, a mild initial scent is normal; simply unroll it and allow it to air for 24 to 48 hours before your first session. The mat has been tested to meet California Prop 65 standards, giving safety-conscious buyers a verifiable, transparent benchmark to count on.
A Gift Worth Giving: The 68 x 24 inch surface accommodates a range of body types and works equally well for a 15-minute morning stretch routine or a longer weekend flow. It pairs naturally with yoga blocks, straps, and water bottles for a complete home setup. Ideal for beginners building daily movement habits, visual learners who prefer illustrated guidance, and anyone ready to start a consistent, screen-free fitness practice at home or in the gym.
