The wrap is made of neoprene material, which is comfortable and can keep warm or cold longer. Waist wrap is covered fully with hook-and-loop fasteners, so you can easily adjust for your perfect fit, suitable for both women and men.

Usage for Warm Treatment

Microwave: Heat the pack for 20 seconds on medium heat. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds. Knead the gel pack and turn it over for a 2nd time

Boiling water: The gel pack can also be submerged in boiling water for 7-10 minutes.

Usage for Cold Treatment

Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.

To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours.

Note

NEVER overheat the gel pack.

It’s recommended to wear the compression wrap for up to 20-25 minutes.
